
If your child complains of illness at home, please do not send him or her to school expecting the nurse to administer to his or her needs. If a child becomes ill in school, the parents will be contacted by the school nurse.
If your child has a condition which requires special consideration or medication such as asthma, diabetes, etc., please notify the nurse, so she will inform the necessary school personnel. Specific medical services offered at Fulton: vision, hearing, growth and dental checks.
School policy dictates that children may not bring medication to school. If it becomes necessary for a student to take medication during the school day, please contact the nurse, and she will arrange to administer the medication. The nurse can be reached at (215) 951-4005.
Please do not make dental or medical appointments for your child during the school day. Most doctors have after school or Saturday hours.
It is imperative we have an emergency contact for your child.
